There were many obstacles in purchasing this property--I found the whole process overcomplicated. There was no sense of urgency on the part of the Bank, Underwriters, appraisers, etc. Pat Holcombe was my anchor during the whole ordeal--He was the only one that would even return phone calls!! He seemed to be the only one that cared about the purchase and I would recommend him to anyone.

Pat Holcolmbe has come through again! Pat was able to sell our house and have our purchase under contract in only a week! There is no one else we will ever use.
